About our text messages
Rodgers Insurance Agency, 1982 Providence Pkwy Ste 257, Mt Juliet, TN 37122, sends text messages to people who ask us for an insurance quote or help. Texts are sent through our business phone system, usually from our main office number, 615-562-5100.
How you agree to texts
When you submit the quote form on our website, you agree to the consent statement shown right below the submit button:
“By submitting this form, I agree that Rodgers Insurance Agency may contact me by phone, text message or email about my insurance quote request, including with automated technology, at the number and email I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.”
We only text the mobile number you gave us.
What we text about
Texts are about the quote request you made and the insurance help you asked for, for example:
- following up on your quote request, or asking a question we need answered to prepare it
- setting up a time to talk
- letting you know a quote or document you asked about is ready to review
- replies to texts you send us
We don't send promotional or marketing texts under this consent.
How often
Message frequency varies with your request.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for our texts.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You may get one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that we won't text that number again unless you ask us to.
You can also tell us you don't want texts by calling 615-562-5100 or telling us in any other reasonable way. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your insurance policy or quote.

Texts aren't required to buy
Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can get a quote and buy insurance from us without agreeing to receive texts. You can call us at 615-562-5100 instead.
Texts don't change your coverage
Coverage can't be bound, changed or canceled by text message, and a text isn't a statement of coverage. Coverage, limits and discounts vary by policy and eligibility. Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or other sensitive information by text.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts depend on your wireless service and coverage area.
Your privacy
We don't sell your mobile number, and we don't share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information from our website and quote form.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Our website's accessibility statement and privacy policy are also linked in the footer of every page.
